(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Strawy and doughy pale malty aroma with shades of hay-like hops in the background. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Soft pale malt character with doughy and slightly lactic notes; mildly sweet malty finish with a restrained level of hoppy bitterness. Quite unexciting Helles, nevertheless palatable. 28.IV.14

Dobre i tresciwe piwo o orzezwiajacej mocy. Piana ladna i spora, nagazowanie OK. Ogolnie dobrze sie pilo i wspaniale odzwierciedlalo wszystkie dobre cechy piwa dortmundzkiego, choc to produkowane w klasztorze w Bavarii:) Polecam

Gusher at room temperature. Medium offwhite lasting head. Herbal grainy aroma with dried fruit notes. Dry-sweet fruity grainy minty taste with floral toffee notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, smooth mouthfeel, slightly flat. Dryish minty fruity toffee aftertaste with grassy oily notes. Lovely! Really smooth and drinkable. (0.5l bottle, Absinth Depot Berlin.)
