Small fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple cores, mild vinegar, bark, apple peel, fruit stones, leafs, flowers, minerals, brett, sawdust, hits of dusty berries. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, apple cores, bark, brett, sour apples, leafs, flowers, fruit stones, hits of sour dusty plums. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Deep golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, sugar, sourness. Flavor is apples, sugar, sourness, lemon, plum, black current. Very nice cider

Bottle, 75cl. A mostly clear, golden colored cider with a fine carbonation and some white bubbles on top. The aroma has a light and pleasant funkyness, with leather, barnyard and lemon, as well as a nice ripe apple scent, some grass, hay and apple cores. Alcohol too, but not too much. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, dry and tart, with some alcohol warmth. There's not much sweetness going on in the mouth, it's mostly sour fruityness, with a good funkyness. Leather, hay, barnyard, lemon hints and lots of ripe apples. The plums and blackcurrant isn't really detectable, except there's a vague hint of blackcurrant in the very end. Don't think I'd noticed if I didn't see it on the label. A very pleasant cider indeed. 220105
