@home poured into a pint glass. Hazy medium golden colour, fair frothy white head, mostly lasting, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, orange, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, orange peel, mango, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, rather short dry and fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, light orange pith, well-balanced but lacks some zest, nice.

[On tap at the Distillers Arms, Bushmills as West Bay Citra Pale Ale.] A hazy pale amber pour with a tight white head and gentle carbonation; citrus aroma; clean citrus taste; smooth and refreshing. Not the most adventurous APA, but very drinkable.

Taste comprises melon, soft breads, tangerine, light pine, cantaloupe melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Another solid hoppy cask offering from this brewer.
