Tap at the source. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is light earthy grains, apple, cereal grains pils, grassy hop. Flavour is composed of pils grains, grass, dry earthy grains, straw, spicy hop. Palate is dry crisp, spritzy carbonation. Ok

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden with small white head. Malty, clean, some bitterness in finish. Light bodied.

Dorée-blonde, col fin crémeux blanc.
Arôme est léger axé essentiellement sur la malt pils et un bouquet lager très subtile. Effluves houblonnées modestes qui apportent un côté léger fruité - pêche voire léger cassis-buisson. En rétro-nasal, je note des pointes plus renforcées de résineux-sève.
Palais - ahhhh un vrai petit bonheur, ce caractère lager qui change de toutes ces ipa - c'est frais, crisp, avec un côté céréale pils juste parfait. Single hop succulent aux notes nobles gardant un caractère très allemand.
