Unser Klostersud ist ein feinwürziges, malzbetontes Meisterstück der fränkischen Braukunst. Es besticht durch beste Rohstoffauswahl und ein aufwändiges Brauverfahren. Im Antrunk eine leichte Süße, die dann von einem großen Geschmackskörper begleitet wird, der selbst Frauen mit der Zunge schnalzen lässt.

Bottle. Dark amber. Nice head. Aroma is malty and slightly smoky. Pleasant. Taste is malty, grainy and nutty. A touch of bitterness. Long finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Low/medium carbonation. This is a delicate and subtle brew. Not overly complex but interesting enough, very balanced, well crafted and oh so sessionable and delicious.

Bottle. Amber color, clear, smooth offwhite head. Flavor is verty malty, biscuity, bready, hints of berries maybe. Caramel malt dominates, backed by herbal hops notes. Taste sweetish, kinda juicy, with herbal bitter notes. Solid body, soft carbonation, smooth texture, nice.

Schönes Ding, tolle Farbe, sehr würzig, Karamell, mittig spät lang aber angenehm bitter, leichte Süße, bassd sagt der Franke.

A beautiful bright red, malty cara body with the super crispness of a lager. Only downfall is a slight dms astringent. Hier gibt bier online bottle
