Dark orange colour with quick fading head. Not very nice. Multi layers of sweetness from malts and a seemingly sweet type of apple. Next to that it has a sweet, spicy undertone of cinnamon.

Smooth fruity grain with hints of apples. Sourish apples in the aftertaste with mild grain, fruity apples. Soft beer in the back, sessionable and fruity.

Deep, dirty amber with a frothy head that lingers the duration. Big cinnamon aroma, apple cider underneath. Taste is a very nice mix of very mild Apfelwein sweetness, hoppy bitterness, and spice, all of it melding exceptionally well. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation, good chewiness. Creative. Nice sipping.

New beer from Mainz! ;) - pale bock fermented with apple juice from local fields. Nose provides some light funky wild apple must notes. Sweet malty bock base body with some red apple sweetness and a minimal hint of apple tartness. Light funky yeast touch.
