500ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average to huge, thick, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, mellow, pale malty and minimally floral, hoppy aroma, hints of honey. Taste is mildly bitter, floral hoppy and mellow, pale malty, hints of honey; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation. Well crafted, relatively clean, a tad monotonous - pretty good overall.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a lacing, white head. Flowery, spicy, malty nose. Rich, malty nose, rustic, grainy malts. Very solid bitterness. 280724 PS the first bottle I had, had heavy diacetyl - this one hasn’t.

Flaska från Bierothek. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt och krämigt stabilt kritvitt skum. Krämig, rund, potent, krispig och fantastiskt välbalanserad. Söta maltiga smaker, fruktkompott, hö, lätt gräsig och blommig beska. Det må vara första dagen på semestern men det ätt ett nog den bästa bock jag druckigt. Mycket gott

500ml Bottle - Golden with a small head. Grass, hay and some hints of honey in the aroma. Grassy hops, bread and some hints of citrus in the taste. The finish is both grassy and slightly sweet.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of honey, sweet malts, along with bitter crispy grassy notes. Lovely Bock.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Myyrmäki, 20230720) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, honey, grain and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, honey, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste had honey, malts and bitterness. A clean and tasty malty brew with sweet notes.
