As Bayer Knörzla. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark golden, nice small head. Grasy-malty aroma. Starts malty-yeasty, dry, light grasy notes. Hints of butter cookies. Dry-malty finish. Interesting!

Pretty tasty red at HopDog on New Years Eve. Great red color, dry beer with full bitterness that's not too astringent.

Tap at HopDog. Murky daark amber body, head gone relatively soon. Mild dog food in the aroma, dried orange, dry caramel, fine.Dried orange on cakey pillowy maltiness. Well integrated herbal hops - tasty! Not much bitterness, no need. Needed a beer like this!

Rerate at HopDog May 23 25.
Much better, so good that I have trouble trying it because someone else is holding it very far away from me - for "research".
Reddish brown. Bubblegum sweet, roasted, metallic, malt. Full, crunch, soft. Very nice.

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which makes a small foam in the end. Aroma is caramel, some toasted tones with mild herbal and grassy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild toasted tones with a smooth grassy and mildly wooden finish. Smooth and refreshing.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally bready, malty aroma, leafy hoppy overtones, a touch of grey bread and crisp bread, whiffs of tea. Taste is slightly dry, minimally floral and leafy hoppy, minimally bready malty, hints of grey bread, a touch of tea. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted (concerning appearance and mouthfeel), rather simple, not overly flavourful - nice.
