Bottle at Falkon Bday in Bank Loft. Thin bod, med-light carbo. Med-high sour, pretty clean. I do not get exactly rose petals, only light general flowery element and mostly clean lacto with only light funk. Not the most complex of beers, but good, easy drinking.

0.75l bottle, courtesy of Jonas, big thanks! Hazy pale golden body, the head disappearing quickly. Dry, funky, bretty aroma, fairly elegant. Lean, dry, sweetish taste, citric, ending juicy, dry. Slightly on the astringent side of tartness, but tasty enough for that not to bee too relevant!

Bottle courtesy of Jonas, had this in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham. Pours dark straw colour with a little haze. Super refreshing, a real zappy workout for the mouth, sharp, mouth puckering, tart, there is a lemon and a little sour cream edge. I like this.

Säuerlicher Beginn fast ohne Karbonisierung. Deutliche Zitrusnoten, in der Nase sind Rosenblüten, die ich im Geschmack aber nicht finden kann. Süffig, ansteigende Säure, eher kurzer Abgang. 7/10/11/9/10/10

75 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 21.3.2026 Aroma has lemon, some mild sour cream. Flavour has tart lemon, some sour cream, green apples. Nice tartness, oerhaps not exactly my thing though.

Aus der Flasche (Abv 3,5% / bbe 04.06.2027) im 2022-10 getrunken. Diese leicht gelb, trübe Weisse kommt mit einen für den Alkoholgehalt kräftigen Körper daher. Schöne Citrus Aromen und sehr gut balancierter SÄuregehalt. Lecker!

[10/23/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Green session. Cloudy yellow. Lactic, fruity, citric, sour, yogurt, juicy, a bit of pickled vegetables. Very good.
