Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Mild yeasty notes with malt, some sugary fruit, and a little alcohol. Medium sweet, light bitter. Decent Tripel, could use some more depth.

Mild alkoholischer, herb-kräutriger Beginn, trocken. Mild würzig, die Aromen wollen alle nicht so richtig hervorkommen, mild. Leicht bitter, kurzer Abgang - meh. 9/7/8/7/4/7

Fluffy, whipped eggwhite-like head, very stable and huge over hazy orange beer. Alcoholic, leafy, rainwater, caramel. Dry, alcoholic, with the sweetness arriving behindhand, stressed by the alcohol, making it really boozy. After some time, almondy, both sweet and bitter. Some alcoholthinning and (light) -burn. Quite slick, well-carbonated, and a bit burning MF. Oh well... it's in the Huyge style, and that isn't really a recommandation... Big thanks to the Assenede crew!

33cl bottle, love the pig on the sleeve: BB 2nd August 2024. Drank at home on 28th October 2022. Slight haze to the golden body, decent white crown. Herbal and fruity/yeasty nose and taste, coriander like flavour tries to overpower everything, but I still enjoyed it!

Oranjegeel bier met schuim. Smaak is warm en krachtig bitterzoet met iets van citrus en kruiden. Degelijk bier maar geen topper.

33cl bottle from Quali Drinks in Mechelen. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: orange gold, almost clear. A: banana, pear, apples, honey, bit bready, herbal touch. T: full malty base, mellow fruity, honey, banana, spicy, juniper, medium carbonation, nothing really special here, easy forgettable Tripel.
