Can, 0.44l. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and bitter chocolate. Pours cloudy dark brown color with large soapy light brown head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light sweet but rich roasted malt and coffee, following is earthy and ashy with bitter chocolate note, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Light body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Radioactive stoutโฆ

Black with thin head. It's a really clean and especially dry stout. Rounded bitterness. Chalky dryness.

Black beer, white head. Smells of toasty malt and anise. Flavour has aniseed, toasted malt. It's very dry and to my taste not super drinkable. It's nice enough but could do with a bit of depth and sweetness for balance.

Tap at รlbaren, Aarhus Street Food. Pours opaque dark brown with medium light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, biscuits, peated malt and campfire smoke. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is light oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of roasted malt, peated malt, biscuits, coffee and dark chocolate. Rather light and easy to drink but definitely not boring.

Canned (from Pieni Olutpuoti Humala, Pori). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted tones, some herbal, mild toasted and ashy elements with mild chocolate. Flavour is chocolaty, sme herbal, roasted and quite ashy elements. Watery palate and a bit too much ashes for it's own good.

Danish spiced dry stout, can shared by Loick at Bar Beenhouwer, thanks! Moussy and frothy, papery lacing, pale yellowish beige head on a black beer with thin, hazy burgundy edges. Weird aroma of celery salt (!), fish sauce and Worcestershire sauce draped over roasted walnut, black peppercorns, coffee grounds, bayleaf, burnt wood, toast and coffee filters. Dryish onset, dried apple peel and old raisins, fizzily carbonated; slick burnt-nutty, toasty, bitter-chocolatey malt core, dryish indeed, sweet core somewhere but bitterness prevails, acquiring a coffeeish roastedness aided by spicy hop bitterness - and then that weird celery salt aspect returns retronasally. Ends toasty, bitter and dry, in any case. I have no idea what went in here apart from the basic ingredients, but the result is bizarre to say the least, if certainly interesting. Not entirely sure what to think of this one, to be honest...
