330ml bottle. Pours a misty gold, thinning white head. Aroma is light lemon funk. Taste is sharp, sour lemon, lactic. Super refreshing and cuts through my chippie tea with grace.

Keg at Bottle Shop Margate. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has a little lemon, faint wheat, crackers. Lightly sweet and lemony, with slight biscuit, moderate acidity, faint pear. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish with mellow lemony bite, some pleasant dryness, flinty acidity. Easy-drinking and refreshing.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Disig smutsgul vätska med lågt skum. Laktossyrlig doft med mycket jästkaraktär, lite stall, filbunke, citrus, syrliga äpplen. Rejält syrlig för stilen, lite funkig smakpalett som är laktopräglad och riktigt trevlig, torr eftersmak, trä. En BW som inte ber om ursäkt eller lindar in syrligheten med fruktiga tillsatser utan som låter jästen ge mycket karaktär. Gott.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Hazy cloudy white pale gold colour lasting white head. sour wheaty aroma. Wheat in the mouth. Sour lemon flavour. Yes fairly well balanced and ok sour wheat lemon beer.

Keg at Bottle Shop. It pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, lactic, tangy, earth, sour apricot, green apple, tangy peach and sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, pithy lemon, grapefruit, lactic tang, lime and bit of spice with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Pretty refreshing stuff, if a touch one dimensional.

[ As Alvinne / Laugar Ich bin ein Berliner Ryesse ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, rye, citrus, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, tart fruit, citrus, yeast, rye. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

Pours gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows funk, elderflower, lemon, a bit of bready malt. Some floral notes too.Flavours include more bready malt, doughy wheat, soft lemon and some light acidity.
