Well people DO like buns don't they? Especially Danish Cinnamon buns..... This beer was made with loads of dried fruit, cinnamon bark and spices to recreate the Danish classic in beer form. skål!

Keg at six degrees north Edinburgh...nov 2018... Copper.. Small white head.. Soft sweet Spiced toffee... Hot cross bun nose... Soft sweet toffee.. Big sweet caramel toffee fruit .. Big spice.. Soft sweet caramel Keg at the fierce bar Edinburgh... Deep red... Thin tan lacing... Light sweet... Caramel toffee fruit nose.. Oily sweet toffee fruit... Light spiced fruit.. Big oily caramel 4.0

Can at the beer cave. Pours golden orange, nose is cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, taste is lots of spice, caramel, chewy, sweet toffee.

Keg at Fierce Bar. It pours cloudy deep. Red with a fairly substantial off - white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, sticky iced bun, cinnamon, cake frosting, briwn bread and resin. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, resinous, wood, warming cinnamon, definite cinnamon bun vibes, grated nutmeg, sweet candy cane, hot cross bun, wood and just a hint of tannin with dry, warming spice on the finish.. Medium+ body and moderate carbonation. A classic bonkers Fierce beer. The spice saves it from being too sweet. Think this would work rather well in rum barrels.
