You are holding the second blend I have deemed worthy of your attention. This alchambic sour ale was aged between one to three years in oak and another in the bottle.
Wild Child originated as an homage to our then three year old son, Charlie. He is almost 17 now, and as wild as ever. I hope you enjoy this delightful treat in the company of friends.
Enjoy,
John Kimmich

Tap. Unclear ruby color with white head. Aroma is almonds, cherries, raspberries. Taste is raspberry jam, a bit tart, not really funky, frozen raspberries. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Alright, but a bit too sweet and almost too clean.
