You are holding the second blend I have deemed worthy of your attention. This alchambic sour ale was aged between one to three years in oak and another in the bottle.
Wild Child originated as an homage to our then three year old son, Charlie. He is almost 17 now, and as wild as ever. I hope you enjoy this delightful treat in the company of friends.

Sample @ MBCC 2019, green session. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are red berries, fruits, malt and hops. Nice sour finish.

MBCC. Clear deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red berries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 110519

On tap at Three Penny, pours a garnet amber with a ring of white head. Nose has cherries and currants, red wine vinegar, pomegranate. Flavor is the same. Tart and dry. 8 4 8 5 15
