A hazed cherry red with a thin white head. In aroma, superb cherry bomb, light vanilla, light Epsom salts, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice mix of tart cherry, light lactic notes, light butter, smooth vanilla, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

MBCC. Clear red with small pink head. Aroma is malt, cherries and a little lemon. Flavour is malt, cherries, fruit, lemon, citric, medium sweet and a little dry.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear light a,beer with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, little brett, wood, tart fruit, cherries. Flavor Is lightly sour, malt, yeast, brett, fruit, red cherry, light cinnamon, cherry stones. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light bitter finish. 110519

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, wood, vanilla, cherry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, cherries, caramel, woody, vanilla - minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190511]
