Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso il luppolo e il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, frumento, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, limone e mandarino.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is herbal, hoppy, yeast, grass. Medium sweetness, developing bitterness, touch tart. Fizzy. Not bad.

Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, herbs, grass, pale malt, wheat, flowers, sweet malt, medium dry.
