Tap at MBCC. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sour, oaky, fruity, acidic. Overall: very sour, considering it should be a faro, but also lacks complexity of good lambic.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is yoghurt, earthy, lemony, just a touch sugar. Taste is lemony funk, citrus, not really sweet. Mineral mouthfeel with high carbonation. Tasty, but not really a Faro.

Many thanks to Brigadier for delivering this to Orlando for me. Lovely light orange pour small suds. Nose is funky, cheesy and citrus. Tastes of orange, lemon, cheese, some candy, light raw sugar, vanilla, Chardonnay. Tart and funky light sweetness.
