The culmination of a year’s R&D, we can finally bring you Faith, free of alcohol. Pushing traditional brewing techniques to extremes allowed us to build up a surprisingly robust base, with oats for that silky mouthfeel associated with NE styles and maltodextrin to further bulk out the body, while a touch of caramel malt brings some colour and sweetness. We hopped with Citra Cryo and El Dorado, which bring notes of lemongrass, citrus zest and a light peppery finish over bready malt flavours.

0.44 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before April 2021. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, a little dank aroma of pineapple, passion fruit and some orange. Minimally sweet, fairly dry, gently bitter, quite fruity taste of passion fruit, pineapple and light lemon peel, followed by a short, dry, quite bitter and a little watery finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely fruity, refreshing, just a little thin.

44 cl can @ home. BBE 28.04.2021. Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit juice. Flavour has tropical fruits, minerals and fruit juice. Finishes somewhat empty with mild menthol tones. Rather nice N/A beer. Rated on 2021-04-07.

Can at home, Nivala. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aromas and flavors: Some grain, some distant hints of fruits, some hops... decent low alcohol brew.

Can sourced from Hoptimaal and shared at home (27/03/2021) - hazy golden orange with a white head. Vibrant fruity affair with a medley of watermelon and pineapple, lemon, touch of pear and peach, grass, sweetish malts, light to medium body, bitter edged hoppy finish. Very nice AF action from Northern Monk here.

Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, fruity and grassy hops overwhelming the normal NA wort characters. Flavour is above moderate bitter. Light bodied with fairly high carbonation.

Light and hoppy, decently fruity and fresh. Lemongrass, sulfides, some tropical fruit. Sadly just really thin and watery. Ok.

Can from Honest Brew. Pours murky yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, melon rind. Taste is fruity, light resin, pithy bitter. Don't miss the alcohol in this one.

440ml can. Very hazy golden, loose white head. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, malts. Taste is citrusy, grapefruit, lemon, slightly herbal/peppery, light malts, low bitterness. Light-medium body. An outstanding AF beer, tastes similar enough to the real Faith, there's no metallic bitterness, it's not too thin or watery. Great effort.
