Keg at dynamo Brussels. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a sti ky white froth. Aroma is woody, funk, balsa, orange, mini lacto. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, mellow sour, vanilla, light oak, hint of must.. Palate is semi sweet, woody, light moderate carbonation. Fine.

Keg at Dynamo Bar, Bruxelles, 08/12/18. Almost clear golden orange with a decent light beige cap. Nose is dusty fruits, light funk, sharp orange, stale bread. Taste comprises on the turn melon, light bretty pangs, balsa wood, lemon rind, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic tickle. Easy drinking sour but a little muted.

Golden, medium hazy body, with a medium, yellowish head.
Aroma of white wine, barrel, Brett, white grapes, some vanilla, slight peppery spices.
Tastes similar, while sweeter, with more vanilla.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, wooden, medium dry, moderate sweet, vinous, a bit spicy, with white grapes, some vanilla, a bit citric.

Very nice. Lovely nose, with a beautiful mix of Brett and white wine. Taste is a bit too sweet maybe, with the vanilla-like barrel notes quite prominent, while still really balanced and elegant to drink. Lovely, very well drinkable stuff.

@Carnivale Brettanomyces #7, Café Schuim, wazig gouden met witte kraag. aroma van melkzuur, brett, zoet, vanille, citrus. Smaken matig tot redelijk zuur, wat brett, citrus, vanille, kruidig, iets funky, matige body.
