Bottle from Meibier. Grainy malt aroma with notes of straw and grassy bittering hop. Moderate bitter with a slight sweetness. Medium body. Good clean Helles.

Bottle @ Landbierparadies, Nürnberg. Pours clear yellow Golden with a White head. Grains, doughy malts and grass. Clean. Short bitter finish.

Bottle at the brewery. Clear golden with a medium sized white lasting head. Aroma had pilsener malt, floral hops and bread. Over the palate came bubblegum from the yeast, citric and floral hops. Delightful.

--Bottled, from Landbierparadies Nuremberg. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Intense floral hop aroma. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Honeyish floral hops, bready.malt. Low bitterness. Aromatic and harmonious.

[ As Eller Birkacher Helles ].
ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, floral - grass - flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221210]

€-Fläschla: Pale golden with a greenish sheen, clear, smaller loose white head, dryish grassy-grainy nose, an illusion of metallic traces underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, not too light bodied, soft; slightly lingering mild bitter-sweet finish. Not bad, but quite boring by franconian standards…

Süffiger, hell malziger und leicht süßer Beginn. Wässriger Hintergrund, geringe Herbe, mit der Zeit getreidiger. Mit der Zeit aber auch wässriger, geringe Herbe, langweilig. 8/8/7/5/8/6
