To celebrate our 1st Birthday, we decided to make something big. Asterism is an 11% Triple IPA, hopped at 30g/l, whirlpooled at 5 g/l with Columbus, Citra and Cryo Citra, then fermented on Simcoe, followed by a further dry hop of Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and more Citra.

Disigt bärnstensfärgad med stort, tjockt skum. Söt och fruktig doft med mycket apelsinmarmelad. Fyllig, fruktig smak med apelsinmarmelad och grapefrukt. Antydan till alkohol på slutet.
Farligt lättdrucken.

Burk torvnehallerne . Doften bland de finaste man kan få ut av en öl. Massvis med tropiska frukter och tydligt känns av den dära 🍑. Ja det ska vara en persika. I munnen härrejövlar vad koncentrerat med olika frukter. Här rätt mycket citrus och päron men även tydlig 🍌. Ovanligt med så tydlig 🍌. Mycket välgjord och balanserad . Ok detta är inte ta miste på en redig tripple ipa. Söt koncentrerad mm. Gooood

Sample from the can at Ruoholahti, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some glue, hops and malts. Little bit of glueish.

Aroma has fruit juice, pineapples and tropical fruits. Flavour has tropical fruits, grapefruit, fruit juice, some mild bush leaves and minerals. Heavy NEIPA – I like it!

440ml can @ Ruoholahti Beer Festival. Stingy hoppy, fruity and slightly stuffy with hints of booze and glue. Okay, a bit unbalanced.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours Hazy Golden with a White head. Very hoppy. Piney and oniony. A bit of alcohol wamth and flavor. Medium bodied.

Tap@Mikkeller Vik, Copenhagen - Orange pour with white head. Sweet malty and fruity with some caramel and toffee notes, some citrus grapefruit and tangerine notes, citrus peel, medium body, pretty harsh boozy edge into the finish.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus fruits, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, over ripe fruits, alcohol, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. OTT
