An all English malt driven quad paying homage to the classic Belgian style. Brewed with the outrageous Paer Smedsbo Slott who emerged from the depth of Sweden’s north forests where networks die and the wolves howl.
Full bodied with complex dark fruit esters, a light caramel sweetness and a rich ripe stone fruit plum piquancy.

C: Fast gone cream-coloured head over hazy brown, orangeish tinted beer.
N: Wood, tarr, fusels, smelly feet (sorry!), dried banana, ditto figs & dates. Rum & nutcake.
T: Lightly sourish lining surrounding heavy syrupy malts. Fusels and alcohol galore. Dried fruitjumble. Warming up heightens the sweetness, overripe banana.
MF: Very thick, viscous, full bodied with alcoholburn.
O: Heavy, powerfull beer, yet just delicate enough to be called refined.
