Paying homage to the history of the farmhouse pastures we call home. Nebo Pilsner helps to immortalize Whippoorwill farm. As a working dairy farm in the early 1900’s, they, as many dairies did, turned to crafting and selling ice cream as a monetary necessity and very important added-value product. The illustration on this can reflects on those early trailblazers while simultaneously referencing how we as brewers , prefer to have our pilsners poured. See below for instructions.

MBCC. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 100519

Sample @ MBCC 2019, blue session. Noce head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt and hops. Dry bitter finish.

Clear gold body with thin fast disappearing white head. Light grassy aroma. Thin malty taste, not sure if it was too cold or what. Good crisp finish
