Herb-getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Beginn. Angenehme Bitterkeit, süffig, etwas nussig. Ansteigend kernig-hopfig, trocken, langer Nachgeschmack. Gut! 9/12/9/14/8/12

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey golden to amber colour with huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly restricted, grassy, minimally floral and fruity, hoppy aroma, rather unspecific fruitiness, pale malty background with a touch of cracker, yesty spicy overtones with a touch of mustard seed. Taste is crisp, dry, moderately bitter, grassy and floral, slightly fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, malty basis, rather unspecific fruitiness, yellow stone fruit at best; lingering, bitter, minimally mineral finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well hopped, crisp, refreshing - pretty nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before May 2021. Clear, deep amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral, minimally grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon peel and hints of grass. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite grassy-spicy and moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, lemon peel, some fresh grass and hints of pineapple, followed by a short, quite bitter, rather grassy-spicy and dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Crisp, refreshing Pils, quite aromatic without being perfumy, unfortunately way too effervescent.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, medium-sized beaten-egg-white-like head, moderate bitter-sweet aroma of pale malt, yeast and vinous-fruity hops; moderate to robust bitter and also mildly sweet flavour, very soft, light bodied; creamy bitter-woody finish, some balancing pale malt in the very end. A goody...
