Bottle - pours dark brown tan head - nose and taste of marshmallow, toasted graham cracker, vanilla and sweet chocolate - medium bodied

10 ounce at the brewery - these guys tend to nail imperial stouts - this one is not an exception - the description made me worried it would be overly sweet, but there is a ton of roast and smoke, and finishing bitterness to really round out and balance this - deep espresso, charred marshmallow, vanilla, dark chocolate - finishes moderately bitter and mildly acidic - this is tasty stuff.
