Bottle. Not as good as the other Williams Bros Heather ales. An unusual color. Yellow but not a golden yellow. Smells like beer. Not much of a berry smell. Taste, slightly tart berry taste with an unusal after taste. Recommended.

Well i’m definitely getting the wheat aspect of the beer, but this doesnt seem to be very fruity. its decent, but not really what its trying to be fr my tastebuds.

[as Williams Brothers Grozet Gooseberry Ale] Bottiglia. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida appare limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è morbida e persistente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente, per una birra che ha una sua personalità. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, erba, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo rosa, mandarino, uva spina e mela verde.

Аромат просто солодовый, никакой ягоды я там не нашел, как указанно на упаковке. Может есть намеки на мед и легкую сладость. Цвет золотой, пенка средняя. Вкус снова очень солодовый, но уже немного поинтереснее. Есть общая сильная сладость. Даже похоже на кёльш немного. Уже больше ноток от меда и даже карамели легкой. При глотке солод классический, может легкий намек на травы. В целом не выразительно и не очень интересно.

Clear golden, white head that rings and laces. Lots of honey, thin hay malt, mild gooseberry mostly in the finish. Feels a little thin, but generally ok.

Bottle thanks to Vestergaard. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aromas of.. cakes? Spiced christmas cakes. Spinach, citrus. Taste is citrussy, herbal, spinach, metal. Fuck this is bad.

Gooseberries and twigs aroma. Somewhat herbal, blackcurrant. Herbal bitter flavor. Twigs. Earthe. Gooseberries and some sourness. Medecinal. Long red fruit and bitter aftertaste. Far from ordinary beer, the earthy fruitiness is a bit of an acquired taste. Not bad at all!
