Clear golden with a white head. Biscuit malts, lightly toasty, a bit of citrus and a bit of floral. Finishes with a brief zesty snap of bitterness. Medium to light body. It’s a fine beer that while tasty enough is forgettable the moment it’s done.

Can from Stefan: pours gold with white head. Can is unfortunately rather old. The crispness or whatever is unfortunately dissipated and the pale maltiness sort of takes over the hops.

Pint can. Pours a somewhat haze yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is medium in strength with a distinct floral character, almost perfumy. The taste, unlike the aroma, is only mildly perfumy(thank god) also in the taste is some cracker, herbal/spicy hops. There is also a bit of underlying rose sweetness. The palate is light and crisp with soft carbonation. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Decent--but not really my kinda Pilsener. Paired well with some Extra Toasty Cheez-it's.

On a flight at the Whole Foods bar (Rocket-In), Laguna Niguel on 27th March 2025. Son-in-Law Matthew goes to the Gym across the road and I get two flights of four beers in while he keeps fit and drives me back to his place, great system! Clean and clear light golden body, white crust on top. Malty pils rather than hoppy, don't mind that; nice enough and good start to my little session of 8 x 4Fl Oz beers.

Can thanks to Jack! Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread and some sweet grains with grass and a bit of hay supporting. Flavor has slightly sweet bread and straw with a growing hay note and a hint of grass underlying.

On tap at Pure Project - Miramar, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is seltzery, with rice, straw and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is seltzery as well, with light sweetness, straw and sweet biscuity malt. Not really what I want in a pils — the residual sweetness is a bit too much and the hops are too light. Competent but unexciting. Okay.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is bready with Saaz spice. Near med body. Dry. Decently bitter. Crisp. Clean. Bready with Saaz spice. Has mountain stream cleanliness. Pretty good lager.
