Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Pure Project Unfiltered Pilsner ].ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light grain, light hoppy, grass - herbs, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, grass- herbs, dry, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap. Rather clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is international pale lager grains, a bit starchy, just a bit earthy old world hops. Taste is the same. Crisp mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Not great unfortunately.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a pale golden with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is grass and toasted grain. Slick body, grass, light citrus, crisp finish, very good.

Some haze, dullish tan. Thick head. Fruity hop on the nose, has a medium bitterness and nice malt character. A little yeasty, the hops not hugely bright.
