CAN 50 CL, Clear amber, short-lived frothy head. Starts quite nice with some grassy hops, sweat and some breadiness. After that, there’s mostly sugary dried fruit and glue. The taste is very dry and alcoholic, CO2, fruity/estery with a phenolic/alcoholic bitter finish. Rough.

Can from a supermarket in Timosoara. Clear golden color, large fluffy white head with good retention. Aroma of lemon and subtle pepper. Taste is boozy lemon, cereal.

Dark golden in the glass, grainy smell. The beer starts malty and watery. Slightly sweet and highly drinkable. Slightly grainy, slightly crisp. Smooth and slightly sweet in the mainpart. The aftertaste is medium, no hints of bitterness, sweetish and grainy.
Typical Strong Pale Lager. 7/12/8/7

Can. Pours clear piss yellow with a large fizzy white head that dissipates leaving some lacing. Aroma is corny, grass, hay. Flavor is about the same. Far finish is a little metallic. Light body. Run of the mill lager with nothing really going for it.

Eines muss man dem Bier lassen: Es hat einen ordentlichen vollen Geschmack. Allerdings keinen sonderlich guten. Es ist irgendwie zu süß und dann kommt es wieder komisch bitter rüber; dazu ein stechender Alkohol. Ich brauche es nicht mehr.

My fav beer during my high-school years. It had higher ABV, a strong lager taste, and could be found in most pubs I frequented.

Golden colour with a thin head. The aroma is grassy hop, and a strawlike malt note. Light grassy character, backed by light malts and just a bit of alcohol. Clean, if boring for a strong pale lager.

Blik 50cl thuis. Drinkt redelijk weg, niet zo spannend. Weinig zoet voor een strong lager, da's goed. (4-2012).

(Can, 0.5 l, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20111231) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and fizzy. Aroma had sweetness, alcohol and cardboard. Palate was medium bodied, sticky and almost burning with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, cardboard, sweetness, alcohol and bitterness. Aftertaste was boozy and bitter. Not really horrible but still something I dislike a lot. Too much booze and too little of the rest.

Deep golden color, small white head. Fruity,leathery, berryish aroma. Medium-bodied. Alcoholic, fruity, suprisingly few fusels, some green apple. Some cardboard too.
