Pears, we love them as much as we love apples. They were the first fruit we pressed back in 1887. Bulmers Pear Cider has a light and refreshing pear flavour in every drop.

bottle@bar: slightly chemically tasting cider, some pear juice but could just as easily be apple, aspartame, sweet, very drinkable, got it with ice cubes, I tried it before without & was opposed to the idea but did seem to improve it, very refreshing in the same way a soda is

bottle. on ice. warm. Stupid girl-waitress took it literal that i pointed at a bulmers pear on display and (i found out too late) actually served the one on display instead of one from the fridge. oh-well. Welcome to spain and cheap labor foreign waitresses (spanish waitress would never do such a stupid thing). end of rant. clear yellow, bubbly white head. very faint aroma, faint pear. flavor is sparkling water, faint apple cider, faint pear cider. this perry does not taste bad as such, it is just so light and diluted that it mostly resembles sparkling water with some pear flavor added. In this regard, alc. is prety well hidden.

bottle - Pours pale gold-green and smells of, you guessed it, pears. Itโs sweet and easy drinking with a pretty good pear flavor. Thereโs nothing to get exciting about here, but the pear isnโt overpowering and itโs refreshing.

Bottle 56,8 cl. Pours a cear yellow with a rough off-white head. Lightly dry pear aroma with vague touches of peel and Brett. Medium body, lightly sweet pear accents with a lightly astringent finish. Even the commercial British ciders/perries are very decent - no Somersby shite here. 160110

Draft. A light golden cider. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with strong notes of pears, leading to a dry pear finish.

Bottled. Pale yellowish green colour with technically no head. Aroma is sweet pear, sugar and mild earthy notes. Flavour quite much the same. Rather artificial taste and aroma.

Bottled. Clear yellow colour, small white head. Aroma has some artificial pear and a touch of vinegar. Sweet flavour of artificial pears. Sugary and sticky. Yuck.
