Former name: "Hausmarke 1 Blond".
Some monks love it tangy! Our belgian Blonde, fermented with trappist-yeast, offers fresh, fruity moments, citrus & clove in the nose and delightful wheat impressions in the mouth; the aftertaste is kissed by the hops.

Bottle [from Euro Swap thanks to Sebilinz] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Lightly hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste wheat, lightly sweet, is it hop or does my mind play tricks on me? Anyway, a bit odd perhaps and hard to describe but I quite like it.

Gave this a re-rate after I got a stale bottle from the brewery the first time:
bottle at home. light yellow color, cloudy, off white head. smells of lemon, citric, light rotten fruit, spices, cloves. light body, citric / lemony taste, spices, light fruity sweetness, acidic, light dry / bitter finish. better this time. compared the subtle fruity finish was totally lost on the first try.

bottle at home, bought by a friend at the brewery. light yellow, cloudy color, minimal head. smells yeasty, light banana, light tobacco, spices, grains, pepper. medium body, good carbonation, good mouthfeel, tastes grainy, banana, spices, peppery. kinda boring stale bitter finish.
after the other good reviews this one was a bit underwhelming. my friend bought it at the brewery on january 14th, I drank it nine days later. Expiration date says February 11th, 2015. Either they sold my friend an old bottle at the brewery, or this one isnt my kind of beer. Might give it another try when I see it on tap.

Draught at Craft Bier Fest Wien.
Pale golden, cloudy body, with a medium, frothy, white head.
Great aroma, fresh and a bit tart, with wheat, banana, spices, citrus, sour fruits.
Taste is about the same, with more fruity hops.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, sour and fruity.
Really tasty! Easy to drink, greatly balanced and with lovely aromas, in equal measure from all, the yeast, the malts and the hops. Propably the best Wit from Austria I’ve ever had!
