Collaboration brew with Jester King, USA. Tart pale ale made with fresh hay and juniper branches in the mash. Fermented with a mix of Jester Kings mixed culture and our own Garden party culture and matured on champagne barrels.
Golden straw color with a fluffy white head. The aroma is dominated by apricot, fresh dough, red apples and notes of hay and freshly picked spruce tips. Soft mouthfeel with lively carbonation, leading to flavors of apple, mandarin, ripe peach, honey, freshly cut timber, and bread crust. Finishes slightly tart with fruity sweetness and pithy bitterness.

Bottle @ MBCC 2019. Pours slightly hazy golden no head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, berries, little juniper, green fruit, grapes. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, wood, tart fruit, berries, juniper, grapes, light champagne. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 100519

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is indeed junipers, some white wine funk, grapes and a touch leather and yoghurt. Taste is white wine funk, white grapes, a touch exotic fruits, juniper maybe yes. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice!

Sample @ MBCC 2019. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, little lactose acid, hops and has a nice light sour finish.
