Vinohradska 11, our top seller, is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with the rich hoppy flavour of Saaz and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, partially transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is cereal and herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, well balanced. Final is average in intensity, still with good bitterness and a herbaceous feeling.

Keg draught at Brew Tavern, Nottingham. Light to mid-gold and clear with a medium sized white head. Aroma is grain and lemon with some savoury bread notes. Sweet and savoury taste. Slightly sweaty with malt always to the fore. Medium.body and carbonation. You can't do better for a Czech pilsner.

On tap at Vinohradský. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Lots of dry herbal grass on the nose with a full pale malt base. Flavour has cracker malts, lots of dry herbal grass, slightly bitter and peppery finish. Full-bodied. Fantastic.

Can from Bierbaum De Pijp, Amsterdam. Aroma is grassy hop, grainy malt, hay, straw, bread, hint of citrus. Flavour is moderate bitter. Medium body. Pretty incredible, it's so nicely grainy and grassy. Smooth elegance, beautiful.
