Vinohradska 11, our top seller, is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with the rich hoppy flavour of Saaz and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

0,5 l on tap at Stejkárna Holešovice. Poured as proper hladinka in one go, slightly hazy golden colour with amazingly rich creamy head. Aroma of pilsner malt, a bit of honey, cereals, mild grassy hop aroma. Head is quite sweet and beer itself medium bitter. Beer changes from medium sweet with short bittersweet finish first sip, as there is a lot of head, to medium bitter with long, lasting proper bitter finish when there is no head left. Second glass was poured as double, it was still good, but not as amazing as the first one. First one was on of the best I had in a long while.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 14/05/2022 [#5.041 Global - #16 Czech Republic - #1 Vinohradský Pivovar (My Brewery #12 from the Czech Republic)] Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: Grains, butter and soft floral. Taste: Grainy malts, soft lemon. Spiced bread. Balanced and refreshing. Good example of the style. Next one please!

Clear gold blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: that’s czech republic for you all right! Very malty, raw grains, wort, cow fodder, hay. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of bubble gum, very malty, cow fodder, good bitterness, dry, a bit grassy. Aftertaste: very dry, bitter, grassy, a bit metallic, decent!

Pours a beautiful clear golden, transparent but with a bit of haziness. Translucent if seen through light. Huge frothy white head, showing excellent retention and loads of lacing. Delicate, almost weak aroma (the huge head probably doesn't help with that), but quite complex and well defined. Cereal and hay base, lightest honey sweetness, light grassy notes with some saaz tanginess (cedar, lemon, slight prickliness) and flowery notes. Taste notes more or less follow the aroma, perhaps with a bit less definition and still in a quite mild way. The overall taste profile is more bitter than the smell suggested though, with a slight bitter edge in the mouth and a bitterly dry, flowery (almost tea-like) finish and aftertaste. Light bodied with light to medium, delicate carbonation; very easily smooth, almost oily mouthfeel. A finely brewed, very classic czech pilsner. Highly enjoyable. I was perhaps expecting more intensity.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is mild butter, cereals, grassy hops. Taste is super smooth cereals, butter, some yeastiness, clean overall, good bitter finish. Soft oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Wow, this is excellent!

Hazy blond colour, large read. Nice aroma of hay, mildly grassy hops, swamp. It seems very dry; getting mild biscuity vibes from the malt, but this is mainly a bitter bomb, it's aggressive, a bit herbaceous.
It's unbalanced, but I'd take this when it's hot weather.
