Vinohradska 11, our top seller, is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with the rich hoppy flavour of Saaz and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

Can picked up at Væskebalancen - Valby and drunk at home - clear to lightly hazed gold with a white head. Summer holiday beer no1 - grassy bitter hoppy with a solid bready malt backing, some notes of straw, hay, crackers, light spice, medium body and carbonation, robust bitter hoppy quenching and refreshing finish. On tap at the brewer. cloudy golden orange with medium white head. Malty, grainy, some bready notes. Moderate bitterness in finish. Nice clean pilsner.

500ml Can - Hazy golden yellow with a white head. Floral and grassy aroma with notes of hay and citrus. Grassy and citrussy taste with floral hops, lemon and lime leaves. Very refreshing. Simple yet elegant and classy.

(Keg at Pien Brewpub, 20210306) The beer poured deep golden and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, sweetness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A pleasant brew with strong notes of grain and grass.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Premier Hop. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Delicious, with flavourful bready hops, soft grassy bitterness, nips of hay, biscuits, mild yeast. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, further bready-biscuity malts, refreshing and restrained bitterness. Outstanding.

Can from Cork & Cask. Clear golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of biscuit and dry grass. Flavour of earthy hops, straw and white bread. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Clean and well balanced.
