Another fine rate from Superstore. Pale orange-pink. No head. Smells candyish, jammy, artificial strawberry. Sticky, strawberry is again really artificial. There's really no beer character here, not even non-alcoholic beer character. But until I make it to that brewpub in Abu Dhabi, this will have to do for UAE ticks.

May 2023: 330 ml green bottle, from Asia Matbutikken, Jørpeland. Golden colour, pours fizzy with a shortlived small white head. Sweetish sickly aroma of artificial "strawberry" concentrate. The flavour is not as extremely sweet as I feared, but still sweet. Artificial "strawberry notes again. No bitterness.

[33cl bottle from an Asian supermarket in Bracknell.] A straw coloured pour with a short-lived white head; aroma of strawberry essence; jammy strawberry taste with some artificial sweetener in the background and perhaps a hint of berry malt. No worse than other fruit beers, alcoholic or not.

330ml bottle purchased from ANNA, Leicester and drunk at home. A weird muddy reddish/brownish gold, clear, no head. Smell of artificial strawberry soda but pleasant enough. Sweet, sweet taste. More strawberry flavouring, no a lot to balance it out. Light body, heavy carbonation. Refreshing but not beer-like in any way.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep, reddish golden with a short, fizzy head. Intense and artificial strawberry aroma. Medium body, very fizzy, somewhat refreshing strawberry notes, sweet but far from as sweet as the pomegranate version. But still: a sodapop. 030325

Bottle: Drank from the green bottle. Aroma is very strawberry, a bit artificial syrup. Taste is a weird blend of strawberry and malt, won mainly by the strawberry. Again it's kind of syrupy.

7/4/2023. Bottle bought at Your Local Supermarket, Ipswich. Pours clear bright golden amber with a very short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is strawberry syrup, malt and cheap supermarket strawberry ice cream. Sweet tasting. Moderate body, sticky mouthfeel, quite lively carbonation. Sweet, sticky, finish. This one didn't so much come across artificially, probably one of their better ones.
