Bottle. Pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is mineraly, almost Riesling-like, light pears. Taste is light pear, a touch custard, mineraly, super dry finish. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Lovely flat Perry, though quite simple!

Bottle split at CBC Islington, thanks, 17/10/18. Very pale yellow with an off white covering that dissipates. Nose is pear drop, glazed apples, light herb, straw. Taste comprises bitter sweet orchard fruits, stewed pears sprinkled with icing sugar, grass, orchard wood, ice cider tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent perry,

750ml bottle. 2012 vintage. Clear golden colour, afew bubbles on top and sharp aroma with pear, barnyard, vanilla. Flavour is sweetish pear, fruity, honey, followed by some tangy woody and barnyard notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, fairly clean finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Vintage 2009. Pours clear gold. Tasty, lightly funky, with a bit of tartness and lots of ripe pear. Medium to full in body with fine but minimal carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish, slightly warming, a bit dank, with more sugary, ripe pears. Nice one.
