33 cl bottle poured into a snifter. Milky golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, tropical impressions, pear, stone fruits, and grasses. The taste is bitter. Medium to full body. Dry and bitter finish with lingering fruity notes. Very nice, a Danish micro brewing classic.

On tap at Mikkeller, Århus. A clear, golden colored beer with a small, creamy, off-white head. Nice curtains. The aroma has hints of diacetyl and wort. Piney, grapefruity and lightly grassy, with some notes of bread. It's full bodied and velvety on the palate, lightly warming and with a gentle bitterness. Fruity and lightly malty flavor with a gentle alcohol touch. Medium length finish. It feels a bit unclean on the nose, else it's a dangerously easy drinkable beer. 231109
