Citrus flavours combine with hints of fresh bread: giving way to spice, citrus and apricot hoppiness. It has a delicious crisp hop character without being overly aggressive. Perfectly refreshing.
Hops: Perle, Hersbrucker, Saaz
Malts: Pale, Crystal, Malted Wheat

Cask at Borough Arms, Crewe. Pours golden yellow with a medium sized foamy almost white head and good lacing. There’s floral hops and citrus in the aroma. In the mouth it is quite sweet but with an underlying unpleasant taste that I can’t put my finger on. Flavour has malts, citrus, mango and grapefruit with hints of melon and tropical fruit coming through later leading to a somewhat dry finish. This is OK, but a bit “meh”.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly reddish gold, clear transparent, with pretty fine white foam. Aroma is malty and earthy, some caramel. Body and carbonation are average, but actually with quite a mouthful. Taste is medium-high bitter, continuing also in the final.
