These are perfectly counterbalanced by tastes of cereals which blend with delicate hints of burnt orange zest, brought out by the Baladin yeast. On the whole, it is a fresh beer that is easy to drink.
Yet, is has a strong character that becomes bolder with raising temperatures, until it releases unexpected scents of orange blossom honey.

Lattina.

Can. A hazy golden orange beer with a small white head. Fruity aroma with a nice yeasty spiciness. Orange and tropical fryityness. It's smooth and medium bodied, softly carbonated and gentle bitterness. Fruity flavor with a good spiced touch. Yeasty and lightly malty. Medium length finish. Dull but nice. 241228

330ml can. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy aroma, wheaty malty background, notes of coriander, yeasty fruity overtones with a touch of banana; retarded citrusy overtones as well. Taste is wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, slightly spicy and citrusy fruity, hints of coriander; perfumed citrusy notes of lemon and zesty notes of orange peel come in with delay. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and super soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Kind of a late bloomer: coriander dominated at first sight, replaced by perfumed lemon flavours, finally harmonious and integrated, exposing how perfectly orange peel, coriander (and lemon) can match - very nice!

330 ml can, as Birra Baladin Sud, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV 4.5%. Slightly hazy and very pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of wheat and very stale jam / marmalade, not good. The flavour is on the sweet side, again unfresh notes of stale jam and citrus, drainpour. Baladin should be ashamed of this one.
