A bottom-fermented premium lager made using malt, brewers’ maize hops and water. The very best raw materials, a long maturation and the lightness of the water from the Biella Alps have, since 1846, given this beer a satisfying and refined taste profile. A balanced beer with a noteworthy floral and fruity aroma thanks to the special yeasts used in its manufacture.

On tap at Piatti, Sundbyberg. Clear golden with a white head. Mild with grain, some bread and notes of grass. Nothing special.

klar brun med flott høyt skum. Lukter malt og litt urter. Rund og lettdrikkelig italiener.

0,33l bottle @ Forza Helsinki. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet clean malts. Flavor is sweet clean malts with a bit of hops. Good.

Bottle at Remo in Testaccio. Pale yellow, diminishing head. Grain aroma. Faint citrus an malt taste with decent bitterness.

Minimal beige head on an unclear pale golden coloured body. Cardboard, ashtray & malt aroma. Medium bodied, lively & cloying. Malt, biscuit, grain & lightly fruited tastes - No hops? Bland & boring.
