Our first Triple IPA has arrived and it’s an absolute belter. This summer we got together virtually to collaborate on a massive IPA that was initially destined for release around July to mark the date that Fidelity 2020 should have been working its magic. Together with our friends at Barrier Brewing Co, Garage Beer and Naparbier, we set out to brew the same base beer and work our own hop selection on top to produce a collect-em-all extravaganza. We’ve been extremely late to the party as we’ve pushed forward release of our own contribution to now close out the year on our biggest collab beer yet, but it’s a pretty amazing way to finish out year 1 at our facility in Ballyfermot. Our brew of Headlines is a big combo we’ve been dialling in of Chinook, El Dorado, Idaho 7, Citra and Amarillo. It’s everything you want in a belter of a TIPA. Get in.

Panda at home thanks to Colin. A murky dull orange coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, doughy wheat, sweet orange rind, mango, little grassy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy tropical hops, orange rind, apricot mango, creamy milky wheat. Palate is medium sweet and sticky, mellow carbonation. Good stuff. Hides the alcohol well.

Can picked up from Kihoskh and shared at home (13/03/2021) - hazed orange pour with a white head. Bold punchy tropical fruity medley going on with lots of mango, papaya, lychee, some citrus fruity notes of pink grapefruit and tangerine, citrus rind, hop spice, deep sweet malty backbone, tasty and drinks easy well below the abv, lovely stuff.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 14/03/21. Murky orange with a good sized just off white covering. Nose is ripe citric flesh, pine resin, mango, sweet malts, pineapple, papaya. Taste comprises more sweet malts, gentle hop spice, kiss of alcohol, pine resin, mango pulp, light stoned fruit esters, Um Bongo rise. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close loaded with balanced juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Solid hop shizzle from Irelands finest ... good balance, flavour, not too sweet and packing a solid boost.

440ml can. Murky golden orange, big white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, orange, marmalade, mango. Taste is similarly sweet, orange marmalade, mango, caramel and sweet malts, citrus peel. Full bodied, thick, hides the booze quite well but it's a bit too sweet to compete with most top tier TIPAs these days.
