Super pale yellow body with a frothy white head. Sour and sweet malt on the nose. A solid Gose sour with an unusually chewy malt. A nice fruit blend underneath. Wheat and Coriander add accents.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy light yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is tart, some solid wheat, good amount of coriander and some light funk. Watery mouth feel, and a subtle carb. Finish is slightly tart, more wheat, slightly savoury, light salts, coriander adds a nice balance. Decent.

Draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver
Cloudy pale blond colour. Aroma of white bread. Weak mouthfeel, white bread flavour, and prominent saltiness. After a few minutes, something separates, sedimentng at the bottom of the glass, about 1cm thick gross.
Not feeling this much; shallow.
