Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complimentary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange.
Appearance: sly copper color with some transparency to it; one and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated pretty nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lots of sweet and sour-ed wheat meshing through light notes of salt, lemon & lime; light grassy hop edges with some light coriander
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a semi-sweet to tart to sour and slightly savory sort of way; clean finish of the salt and wheat and a touch of lime
Texture: light to medium bodied with some sessionability to it; expected tart wheaty kick is there and the tart abrasive behavior penetrating the tongue
Overall: I like this gose and it's pretty on par as far as I know to the style other than some of the acidic features that tend to come, and I do like the lemon/lime notes that seem like the brewer added those for their creativity.

Super pale yellow body with a frothy white head. Sour and sweet malt on the nose. A solid Gose sour with an unusually chewy malt. A nice fruit blend underneath. Wheat and Coriander add accents.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy light yellow pour, small white head. Aroma is tart, some solid wheat, good amount of coriander and some light funk. Watery mouth feel, and a subtle carb. Finish is slightly tart, more wheat, slightly savoury, light salts, coriander adds a nice balance. Decent.

Draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver
Cloudy pale blond colour. Aroma of white bread. Weak mouthfeel, white bread flavour, and prominent saltiness. After a few minutes, something separates, sedimentng at the bottom of the glass, about 1cm thick gross.
Not feeling this much; shallow.
