500ml bottle under the guise of a Marks & Spencer cider. Pours a light gold, no head. Aroma of fruity moderately sour apples, dank oak vats and a hint of yeast. Taste is bitter sweet although more on the sweet side, matured apples slightly tart, oak, semi-dry finish with a hint of the ABV. Moderate body a little syrupy on the palate. This is a very nice cider.

500ml bottle from Broom Hill Farm Shop, Bishop Auckland. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, some core. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, tangy, skin & core, with some caramel and vanilla hints, and boozy, bittersweet, spicy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Clear golden pour with soft carbonation. Notes of macerated apple, mouldy oak, wood, a bit of champagne, pears. Really nice stuff, decently dry and with a nice amount of wood. Super refreshing on a hot summer day.

Golden colour with no head. Aroma has loads of cork dryness. Flavour starts out really dry. In the finish it gets sweeter.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', 2017 vintage, bottled in November 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and gently woody aroma of ripe apples and some oak. Moderately sweet, slightly sour, quite fruity and slightly woody taste of ripe apples, some oak and a touch of vanilla, followed by a medium long, gently tart, fairly woody and quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very elegant cider, extremely well-balanced with pleasant woody notes, lovely!

I payed $1.29 for a closeout bottle of this at Prospect Beer, woooooooO! Pint glass. 2014, 6.9% abv edition. Clear, faintly fizzy, amber pour. Stuffy bittersweet apples, wood, mushroom & musk on the nose. Soft carbonation, soft tannins, half sweet apples & stone fruit, minerally, lots of skin. Ashy finish. Mellow alcohol. Pretty good.
