A hybrid between Champagne and IPA. Ary, medium-bodied cider with a streetwise balance of citrusy and elderflower aromas and infinite loads of tiny bubbles.
The dry cider from garden apples has macerated with Mosaic, Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops bringing florality and a great mouthfeel.

Nose is green berry, light funk, apple skins, tarte fruit, herb.
Taste comprises funky apple, vinous, prickly pear, greengage, herb, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Good flavoursome drop ... surprised by some of the stingy scores dolled out.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. 2021 Vintage. Hazed yellowy golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of apple, tropical, citrus, floral resiny hops. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, grapefruit, citrusy, with hops, some bitter tannin and acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry zesty fruity hoppy acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

(Bottle, 5.9%) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose with apples, fresh herbs, honey, pears, hay and orange. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of apples, pears, herbs, honey and grapefruit. Mild herbal bitterness. Generous acidity. Light body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a balanced hop presence. Nice one.

Bottled@Alex Tasting 2021 (from Alko Web). Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, apples and some slight acidic tones. Flavour is apples, some floral and mild spicy and wooden tones as well. Very smooth and nice hopping to it.

[ As Decideret / To Øl Hip-Hop ].
ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium yellow orange yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, apple, citrus, apple core, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, apples, tart, dry apple, sour, hoppy, citric, dry, light funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191219]

On tap at Taphouse - CPH, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose is very funky, with lots of rotting apple core, intense barnyard funk, and some apple skins. Flavour is very dry and funky, with a sort of sulphuric funk, apple skins, and rotting apple core. A little harsh and off-kilter. Okay.
