It is an average pils, we could say. Nice troubled orange yellow color, thin foam, well balanced, hop, good, drinking it a long time ago.

0,25l from tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Light yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells spices, flowery, peppery, bit oldish hops, some veggies. Ok smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes spices, peppery, earthy, grassy, herbal, citric, bit old hoppy, some veggies. Finishes peppery, vegetal and some earthy notes. Some off notes, overall promising. Rather drinkable still

Tap. Rather clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is vegetal, earthy, herbal. Taste is the same, a bit grassy hops, but the vegetals really take over. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Meh.

Ambar oscura, algo turbia. Espuma escasa. Buen aroma, frutal potente. Rica también en boca. Muy bebible. Equilibrada. Dulce en general con un final seco y bastante amargo. Bien compensada. Muy rica.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 17/08/2015. Why every single French ’blonde’ beer goes into bière de garde still baffles me, anyways .... Dorée, orangée, col blanc moyen. Arôme est malté, pâle et pils, pointe houblonnée tirant vers un fruité tropical et légèrement noble Palais reste également sur un malté et grains agréable, fruité et un tropical rappelant la mangue. Le tout st très sympa avec une impression de pils voire IPA fruitée. Levure perce sur la fin, et surtout une fois que l’on arrive à la moitié. Amertume reste modérée avec qcq élément nobles et plus fruités.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, flowers, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
