A superstar tag-team of Citra and Ekuanot –beautiful, bright grapefruit, lime, lychee and passion fruit juice from the Citra, interwoven with the complex spicy guava, papaya, pithy orange and tropical notes that Ekuanot brings to the game! We’ve set this on a bed of pale malt and flaked oats, and fermented with London Ale III yeast, for a pillowy, slightly sweet and softly balanced malt base. [Art by Omin]

440ml can from Beer52 for their cyberfest. Hazy gold, moderate sized white head, leaves a nice top and lacing. Quite a juicy aroma of citrus, passion fruit, mango, resin. Taste is semi-sweet, orange citrus, mango, grapefruit, grass, pine, slight resin. A fruity high bitter finish. Medium bodied, oily, zingy carbonation. This is really very nice.

Can from Appellation Wines. BBD 18/02/22. Appearance - deep milky orange with a big creamy white head. Like a sunset underneath a milkshake. Nose - orange zest, mango skin and dried apricot. Taste - mango skin again with the candied orange or apricot following it in. Palate - medium bodied, tangy middle and tangy dry finish. Overall - yes, I like this!

440ml can via Beer52: BB 18th Feb 2022. Drank at home on 5th Aug 2021. Hazy golden orange, decent white head. This is another of those citrussy NEIPA's that seem to be saturating the beer scene at the moment, the combination of Citra and Ekuanot hops work well and this was easy to drink unlike some I've come across.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 21/03/21. Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent white cap formed of bubbles. Nose is orange squash, grass, grapefruit, juicy citric flesh, melon. Taste comprises orange zest, melon, grass, light pine, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy come lightly grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Beer52 CyberFest 5. Frothy white head left a froth on a hazy dark gold body. Pineapple, bubble gum & mango aroma. Medium bodied, soft smooth & short on the back. Citrus, lychee, bitter, white wine & lime tastes. Excellent!
