Tsitrus lõhnas, maitses ka, aga lisaks on veel suht magus / suhkrune, mõrudust ja ananassi on ka. Alksi pole väga tunda. Erilist vaimustust ei tekita.

Can from Beer Republic, Breda, Netherlands Sat outside in the garden, Sunday 5th April 2020, listening to Baxter Dury - Prince of Tears, cooking Steak Burritos with homemade refried beans and Salsa. Pours hazy gold with a white head, a little fuzzy, there is a little interplay between tropical and citrus fruits, a bit mushy and indistinct. Fine but no great shakes.

Fairly crisp golden coloured body with a large, three to four centimetre tall tan head that stays afloat for a while. Aroma of floral and very grassy hops with a lot of alpha acids, some grainy malt thrown in the mix and a deep, almost earthy finish that has a rustic and 'dirty' scent. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy, resinous and floral profile with a lot of alpha acids and bitterness throughout with a nicely supportive malt profile and more astringency and punch from the very noticeable alcohol at the very end. Aftertaste is deep and hop-centric, but the biting malt and strong alcohol flavour at the end make this a bit more pungent than most IPAs, while being less drinkable and refined. Overall, a strong and pungent beer that hits the bitterness and resinous, grassy flavours well, but leaves complexity outside the scope or any fruity/sweet notes far removed. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Pentagon Row) on 21-February-2020 for US$1,87 sampled at home in Washington on 25-March-2020.

12 oz. Aroma is passionfruit, orange rind. Pours nearly clear golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately to highly bitter, finishing dry, with juicy tropical fruit and citrusy hop flavors. Prickly carbonation. A fine tasting West Coast style IPA.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent gold with a creamy white head. Aroma of citrus and something like mango. Med plus body. Flavor is toward juicy with citrus and mango or melon. Reasonably dry. Fruitily hoppy. Very nicely bitter.

Tap at bowsers in monaca. I'm so tired of ubiquitous IPA and I'm especially tired of NB revamping the ranger by just slapping a new label on any ubiquitous IPA, quite rude. I'm done ticking these things they always taste the same, my immature taste buds cannot differentiate between these. Anyway, this is just another bitter IPA. Big stupid straight up ass insult to my lager loven taste buds. Whew, rubber chewing on inner tube long bitter finish as well. Just like any other terribly on style IPA, go figger.

Solid IPA, a nice blend of West Coast piney bitterness and NEIPA juice. Starts with a quick hit of grapefruit pith, pineapple, and mango, then quickly develops a pinecone middle before leading to an earthy, resinous fade. Lingering hop bite is a welcome addition, while subtle mandarin and peach sweetness underlines the oily back end. Love the clingy, old-school bitter finish. Tasty pint.
