Bottle or tap. Murky orange-golden body, off-white head. Nice wheaty vanilla aroma, vague orange, bit herbal. Smooth taste, wheaty, grainy bready maltiness, lacking esters lacking phenols, vague vanilla. Meh, drinkable but lacking what makes Weißbier a great style, the estery and/or spicy phenolic notes.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark yellow with a small head. Banana, clove, lemon zest. Dry zesty bitterness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty bitter finish. A good crisp straight forward Weißbier.

Trübe gelb orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit reifer Banane und Gewürznelke. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Hazy dark orange gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is delicate biscuit, yeasty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

Bottle picked up at the brewery, Regen, and consumed at Camping Aberblick, Reichertsried, Wednesday 12th October 2022. Pours yellow with a white head, decent Weisse beer, hitting the right notes, good.

# 430; 9/2016. Svěží, plná, kořenitější pšenice. V chuti banán a tropické ovoce. Dochuť mírně nakyslá, kořenitá, lehce jablečná.

Bottle. Murky golden, eggshell collapsing head. Spicy nose - vanilla, clove, light bubblegum. Dry chewy body, wheat/grain, ripe banana and dry spices. Chalky finish, perfumed and spicy retronsasal.

Sehr ordentliche 5,5 % Alk, die man aber nicht merkt. Recht spritzig. Mit fruchtigen, getreidigen, süßlichen und herben Noten. Eine säuerliche, balsamikoartike Note im Hintergrund fällt auf. Nicht direkt sperrig, könnte aber etwas ausgewogener und weicher sein. Wenn man das Bier allerdings wirklich eiskalt genießt, wird es sensationell süffig und erfrischend. Die besondere, säuerliche Note im Hintergrund gibt hier dann einen unglaublichen Kick. Bei einer Trinktemperatur von 2 - 5 Grad Celsius genossen, gibt es nur ganz wenige helle Weizen, die hier ähnlich stark performen. Also ein ideales Weißbier für richtig heiße Sommer.
